Every FurnitureQC inspection produces a comprehensive English-language PDF report delivered within 24 hours. It contains an AQL defect-classification table (critical / major / minor vs. allowed), moisture-content readings, dimension and function checks, stability and packaging tests, HD photographs of every defect, and a single clear verdict — Pass, Fail or Conditional. The representative sample below shows the exact format.

3 · Moisture content (MC%) — solid wood
The single most preventable cause of solid-wood failure on arrival. Readings are taken across multiple components and checked against the destination's equilibrium moisture content.
| Component | Reading | Target (US Midwest) | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Table top | 7.4% | 6–9% | OK |
| Leg A | 8.1% | 6–9% | OK |
| Extension leaf | 11.2% | 6–9% | HIGH — flagged |
4 · Dimension & function checks
- Overall dimensions vs. approved spec (±tolerance) with caliper/tape readings.
- Extension mechanism cycled; drawer slides, hinges and locks operated.
- Assembly fit check against the supplied instructions and hardware pack count.
5 · Stability, load & safety tests
- Stability / tip-over check (ASTM F2057 method for relevant categories).
- Static load test on horizontal surfaces; seat strength where applicable.
- Sharp-edge, splinter and protruding-hardware safety scan.
6 · Packaging & loading checks
- Carton construction, drop check and ISTA-style transit protection.
- Barcode, shipping marks and country-of-origin labeling verified.
- If combined with loading supervision: carton count, container and seal numbers logged.
7 · Defect photo log
Every defect is photographed in HD, captioned, located on the unit, and classified critical / major / minor — so your HQ sees precisely what the inspector saw. A typical report carries 30–120 annotated photos. (Real photo logs are shared on request once we know your category.)
